masseuse in 1993, going on to further her knowledge in 1999 with an advanced award in Sport /
Remedial Massage. In 2007 she added in MLD and more recently 'No Hands®' Massage which is a new
approach to massage. Cora has extensive experience and has a knowledgeable as well as an intuitive
approach to her work. |

THE TREATMENT
In order to gain a full understanding of your personal health requirements and objectives, a
detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire along with a consent form are filled out before the
treatment begins. You will then be given a fresh gown to change into in complete privacy. Jayne
will fully explain the colon hydrotherapy treatment and the insertion process of the small modern
tube.
The rectal tube is so small that it can be easily, safely and discreetly be ‘self inserted’, in
privacy before the treatment starts. This unique ‘open system’ technique enables our client to
maintain the utmost dignity, comfort and control at all times. Once you are lying comfortably on
the bed and covered by a large soft towel, the therapist will return to the room to start the
treatment. She will remain in the room with you until the session ends.
A gentle and safe regulated inflow of warm filtered water is then introduced through the ‘pencil
sized’, sterile and disposable, rectal tube. The warm water passes through three separate filters,
ensuring that only the purest of water is used during the treatment. The temperature of the water
is safely regulated throughout the colon hydrotherapy treatment for your comfort. The soothing
effect of introducing the warm water in to the colon, will naturally stimulate the bodies own
sensation to want to evacuate the contents of the large colon (lower bowel). Gentle massage is
administered throughout the treatment. You will then be able to release the warm water and along
with it, any faecal matter, toxins and trapped gases whenever your body feels the desire to.
